DAIKIN NEOFLON CPT LP-1030 ( LP1030) Fluoropolymer

Introduction 

- NEOFLON CPT LP-1030 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether in which main chain the third monomer added. 

 - Except for some chlorine-based solvents, it is hardly affected by organic solvents, acids and alkalis. 

- A fluoropolymer with excellent low permeability to volatile chemicals, water vapor, and gases. 

- A fluoropolymer with excellent light transmittance in the ultraviolet to visible light range. 

- The mechanical properties of CPT LP-1030 are almost the same as PFA and FEP. 

- It can be melt-molded as a thermoplastic resin by extrusion molding of tubes and films, compression molding and the like.

 - CPT LP-1030 is capable of molding multi-layer tubes by coextrusion with PFA. 

- Multi-layer tube with PFA is used for applications that require barrier properties in chemical liquid piping for semiconductors
