PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

• Amodel HFFR-4135 is a 35% glass-reinforced, halogen-free, flame retardant polyphthalamide (PPA) resin which offers enhanced processing capabilities for electrical and electronic applications. This resin is specifically formulated to meet UL94 V-0 @ 0.4 mm for electronic devices while also having high flow, low moisture absorption, and superior mechanical properties. This grade is hot water moldable and offers excellent surface appearance while being designed to withstand the demanding infrared reflow soldering process which makes it well suited for connectors and other electrical devices requiring surface mount technology (SMT).
